In your trustee foreclosure auction class, you suggest to use the street adddress as the name of the land trust, which is to be the title holder.
After we received the Trustee deed in mail, what other documents are needed when selling/flipping the property? Since the deed has no information about the LLC, which is the beneficiary of the trust, nor the actual owner's name. How does one prove that he/she is the rightful owner?
