Lubbock Foreclosure List?

I am looking for properties in Lubbock TX, anyone know where I can get a good list for Lubbock and Lubbock counties?

A few years ago there was a mom & pop organization that put out a report for the Lubbock area. I tried to find their website but I was unsuccessful.

Here is what I would do. Call the Lubbock County Clerks office. Ask them if there is a local company that puts out a foreclosure list on a monthly basis. Most of the foreclosure list that you will find on the internet is "junk" (old and unreliable).
