Hello George,
My Wife and I have a property under contract in Austin Texas.
The property address is 3416 Harper's Ferry Ln. 78745
Located in an up and coming area of Austin.
The property is under contract subject to the existing loan.
the loan is current; balance is 130,500,with 1176 per month at 6.75% for 28 more years.
Our opinion of ARV is 159,000 with about 5K in cosmetic repairs. Not a great fix and flip opportunity but buy and hold would work well in this area.
