The land trust training class in focused on purchasing real estate using a TRUST and either pay off the existing loan OR take over the existing debt.

The Double Wrap class is focused on using the TRUST to purchase real estate and then immediately RE-SALE the property offer OWNER FINANCING. The result of using owner financing is you can make money on the spread of the loans and create equity.

The first half of the DOUBLE WRAP all-day event is covering the LAND TRUST class. You don't need to take both.

Each course has all documents (downloadable) needed to expedite the trust and double-wrap transactions.
