I think we are all aware that dealing with the seller, buyers, attorneys, banks, and others involved in securing a RE deal/contract involves some salesmanship techniques. Whether it's building rapport, handling objections, persuasion technique, communicating skills or negotiations; what you say can make or break the deal! Can you recommend any books or Guru's on salesmanship in order to improving our skills as a salesperson so we could have the possibilities of acquiring more RE properties?
