George,

Which workshop do you suggest I take first? I know a little about investing but not much. My main objective is to make as much money as fast as possbile so I can quit my current job and do this full time. My credit is currently not so good, but my husband and I are working on raising our credit scores with the help of one of those credit repair companies. We don't have a lot of money but are willing to work very hard.

I need your help choosing an investing strategy which will make the best use of my time with the limited resources I have now.

Guest,

I believe that there are two strategies that you should persue.

Option 1: Work foreclosure leads- these leads come out every month of owner who are facing the foreclosure auction. I think you could be great at approaching these families and educating them on their options. Many will want to take care of this problem themselves, others will have it already taken care of, then some will want to sell their home immediately. This is where you step in. You will get the property under contract (control the real estate) then sell the 9-page contract to an active investor for a $1000 to $10,000 fee. You bear $100 financial risk and the upside is tremendous.

Option 2: Texas Double Wrap- talk with owners with little/no equity. This is a complex strategy to digest at 1st glance, but once you learn all the different parts, it offer long-term profits with no credit and minimal capital on your part.

I hope this helps. Please go to our website at www.roddy.com to check out the upcoming dates for one or both courses. If you need more clarification, call our office at 214-593-0074 and talk with one of our associates.
